Independent social worker reports:
We are able to provide, social work reports, welfare reports and mental capacity assessments to support Court of Protection decision making processes, in circumstances where the court has asked for an independent expert. We provide independent mental capacity assessments for Lasting Power of Attorney and Deputyship decisions in circumstances where a person’s capacity to manage their own financial, health or welfare decisions may be in dispute.
Through the implementation of a comprehensive needs-based assessment, we are able to support people to challenge funding decisions and/or disputes around access to care and support services.
